Are you curious about people and looking for a varied job? Then you can become our colleague. Ekebyvägen is an investigative and rehabilitation residence in collaboration between Eskilstuna Municipality and Region Sörmland. Here you will have the opportunity to welcome individuals and listen to their life stories.
We work from a motivating, investigative, and rehabilitative approach. Staff and users have a close collaboration. New users are regularly welcomed, which creates a variation in the work that many find positive. Our users stay with us for a limited time based on assistance decisions and apply during this time for the services needed for a sustainable future. We have six investigative places and three short-term places.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work in a team with three colleagues for each user. You will collaborate closely with the region, other professionals, and relatives. The goal is for the user to stay here until the mapping/investigation or rehabilitation is complete. All users have different needs, and together you will test new solutions. This may involve supporting and motivating the user in psychosocial interventions and care interventions. You may also assist the user at home, for example, with cleaning or personal hygiene.
It is important to us that our employees develop. We offer supervision, and you will plan your professional development together with your manager. We also have a team leader who provides support in methods and working approaches.
You will also be responsible for daily and basic documentation, participate in mapping and investigation work, and contribute with a holistic perspective in the organization based on a behavioral science approach.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with an education as a behavioral scientist or other education that we consider equivalent. The work includes documentation, and we therefore want you to have documentation experience and preferably experience in writing implementation plans. It is a great advantage if you have work experience with the target group within psychiatric functional variations/NPF, preferably in an investigative and mapping purpose. It is positive if you have knowledge of MI, ESL, and TBA.
This position is suitable for you who want a job where no day is the same. You are a secure and stable person who is not afraid to take on new challenges. You are good at communicating and staying calm in pressured situations.
Warm welcome to your application!

We welcome employees with diverse backgrounds and work to ensure that our workplaces are accessible to all.
